                 bibliography was constructed primarily from the
                 Compendex and MathSciNet databases, and from the
                 journal Web site. The journal is not covered by the
                 OCLC Contents1st database. The collection was then
                 augmented with entries from the author's personal
                 bibliography files, and a small number from the very
                 large computer science bibliography collection at
                 http://liinwww.ira.uka.de/bibliography/",
