                 help maintain it. To update entries or to add entries
                 email them to cholak@turing.math.nd.edu. To make my
                 life easier, please keep the following in mind before
                 sending me entries: \begin{itemize} \item The
                 bibliographic database uses the Harvard style of
                 assigning citation keys. {"}Author1-Author2:Keywords{"}
                 if one or two authors or {"}Author1-etal:Keywords{"} if
                 more than 2 authors, where the keywords are chosen to
                 describe the paper, book or proceeding. \item Always
                 send me a full complete entry in BibTeX. If updating
                 please use the citation key already in use. If adding a
                 new entry, please use the Harvard style of assigning
                 citation keys. \item Do not use any abbreviations, i.e.
                 do not use {"}@string{"} in your {"}bib{"} files.
                 \end{itemize} Using the Harvard style and not using
                 abbreviations will make it much easier for me to
                 maintain the database.",
