                 (CODEN CPHYE2, ISSN 0894-1866) and renamed Computing in
                 Science and Engineering (CODEN ??????, ISSN 1521-9615),
                 which appears bimonthly. That new journal is covered
                 separately in a companion bibliography,

                 \par with tables of contents for 1995--date at \par

                 bibliography has been derived from entries from the
                 author's personal bibliography files, from the

                 people of have contributed. Missing entries were
