                 Papers1st, Proceedings, and WorldCat databases.
                 Additions were then made from all of the bibliographies
                 in the TeX User Group collection, from the Uncover
                 library database, from the University of California
                 Melvyl catalog, from the U.S. Library of Congress
                 catalog, from the IEEE INSPEC 1989--1995 CD-ROM
                 database, from bibliographies in the author's personal
                 files, and from the computer science bibliography
                 collection on ftp.ira.uka.de in /pub/bibliography to
                 which many people of have contributed.",
