                 1967, the journal was formally renamed BIT. \par In
                 1994, the journal split into the Nordic Journal of
                 Computing and BIT Numerical Mathematics. \par Despite
                 its Danish name, almost all papers publishers are in
                 English, with only dozen or so in early volumes in
                 Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or German. \par BIT
                 Numerical Mathematics, retains the CODEN (BITTEL and
                 NBITAB) and ISSN (0006-3835) of the original BIT. It
                 began with volume 35, number 1, in March 1995, and
                 appears quarterly, in March, June, September, and
                 December. It has a World-Wide Web site at \par
                 http://www.mai.liu.se/BIT/ \par with tables of contents
                 and author indexes from volume 33 (1993) to date. \par
                 \par The journal is unusual in that from 1961 to 1994,
                 numbered issues appeared irregularly, and were thus not
                 assigned publication months. Thus, entries in this
                 bibliography only carry month information from 1995.
