                 Journal on Applied Mathematics (CODEN SMJMAP, ISSN
                 0036-1399), which began publishing with volume 14,
                 number 1, in January 1966, as a continuation of the
                 Journal of the Society for Industrial and Applied
                 Mathematics (ISSN 0368-4245). That journal began
                 publishing in September 1953, and ceased in December
                 1965. There is no coverage below yet of that journal.",

                 site has tables of contents starting from Volume 57
                 (Februrary 1997), each with links to abstracts and full

                 for 1990--1996 was derived from the OCLC Contents1st
                 database. Additions were then made from all of the
                 bibliographies in the TeX User Group collection, from

                 Compendex databases (1970--1997), from the MathSciNet
                 database, from the IEEE INSPEC database, from the
                 journal Web site, and from the computer science
                 bibliography collection on ftp.ira.uka.de in
                 /pub/bibliography to which many people of have
