  readme =       "There were from three to eight issues per year from
                 1959 to 1985, and since then, twelve per year. \par The
                 journal is published by Springer-Verlag. \par Despite
                 its German title, most of the articles in this journal
                 are in English; only 85 (3%) are in French (including,
                 curiously, one whose title is in English!), and 310
                 (11%) are in German. English translations are supplied
                 for all of the French and German titles. \par
                 Cross-references are supplied for all corrigenda and
                 errata, so that citing one will automatically provide
                 citations of the others. \par The journal has a gopher
