                 under a new name, Computer Networks and ISDN Systems
                 (CODEN CNISE9, ISSN 0169-7552) from 1985 to 1998, when
                 it was again renamed Computer Networks (Amsterdam,
                 Netherlands: 1999) (CODEN none, ISSN 1389-1286), from
                 Volume 31, Number 1--2, 14 January 1999 to date. \par
                 Those other two journals are covered in companion
                 bibliographies, compnetisdn.bib,
                 compnetamsterdam1990.bib, and compnetamsterdam2000.bib.
                 \par The journal is unusual in that multiple issue
                 numbers frequently appear in a single physical issue,
                 and volumes can span year boundaries. \par There are
