                 this bibliography was derived from data at the ACM Web
                 site. It was then augmented with data from the
                 Compendex and OCLC Contents1st databases. There were a
                 surprisingly large number of discrepancies (in more
                 than a third of the entries) in these sources, but they
                 have been resolved by consulting the original journal
                 issues. \par ACM copyrights explicitly permit
                 abstracting with credit, so article abstracts,
                 keywords, and subject classifications have been
                 included in this bibliography wherever available. \par
                 The bibsource keys in the bibliography entries below
                 indicate the data sources. \par URL keys in the
                 bibliography point to World Wide Web locations of
